CMBS Conduit Financing: Despite challenging economic conditions, we are funding unrestricted cash-out, non-recourse CMBS Conduit loans on income-producing properties, from $1.75 million up to $100 million+. Our partners have originated and funded more than $2.5 billion in this specific type of financial product and funds are now available at very attractive rates. Properties include office, multi-family, light industrial, manufactured housing, self-storage and retail. Hotels are considered on a case by case basis at this time.
